FAQ

All TrexTV FAQs

What is IPTV and how does it work?

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) streams live TV, sports, movies, and on-demand content over your internet connection instead of a satellite dish or coaxial cable. You install a supported player app on your device, enter your TrexTV credentials, and start watching.

Which devices does TrexTV support?

TrexTV works on Amazon Firestick, Fire TV, Android TV boxes, NVIDIA Shield, Apple TV, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Roku, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Kodi, VLC, and any device that supports M3U or Xtream Codes.

How fast is activation after payment?

Activation is instant in most cases. You receive your login details by email within minutes of payment confirmation.

Do I need a VPN to use IPTV?

A VPN is not required to use TrexTV, but many users prefer one for additional privacy on public networks. Our service runs without a VPN on standard home internet.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — a 24-hour test line is available on request, so you can confirm that channels, speed, and your device all work before you commit.

How much internet speed do I need?

For HD channels we recommend a stable 15–20 Mbps connection. For 4K streams, 25 Mbps or more is ideal. A wired connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi gives the smoothest experience.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. All plans are flexible — there is no long-term contract, and you can stop renewing at any time.

Which IPTV subscription plan is best for me?

If you watch on a single screen and mainly want local plus a sports pack, the Standard plan is the best value. If you want full international channels, premium sports, and 4K where available, choose Premium. The 12-month options give the biggest discount per month.

Can I pay in GBP or USD?

Prices are listed in EUR for consistency, but you can pay in your local currency at checkout. The amount is converted automatically by your payment provider.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. There are no setup fees, no activation fees, and no surprise charges. The price shown is the price you pay.

Do longer plans include more channels?

No. Each plan tier (Standard or Premium) includes the same channel and VOD library regardless of duration. Longer durations only lower the price per month.

Do I need special hardware to use TrexTV?

No. If you already own a Firestick, Smart TV, Android box, Apple TV, Roku, or a computer, you can install a supported IPTV player and start watching.

Which IPTV player do you recommend?

IPTV Smarters Pro and TiviMate are the most popular options. They work on most platforms, look great, and support both M3U and Xtream Codes login.

Can I use TrexTV on multiple devices?

Each subscription includes one connection by default. You can be logged in on several devices but only stream from one at a time. Extra connections can be added on request.

Does TrexTV work in my country?

Yes. TrexTV is delivered over the internet, so you can use it on any standard residential or mobile broadband connection worldwide.

Are local channels included for my region?

Local channels are included where available based on your selected region. International, sports, and premium packs are part of all subscriptions.

Can expats watch home channels from abroad?

Absolutely. Expats are one of the biggest groups of IPTV users — TrexTV is built to deliver home-country channels reliably wherever you live.
