Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By visiting https://trextv.uk or subscribing to TrexTV, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

TrexTV provides an IPTV subscription delivered over the internet. We provide credentials, an EPG URL, and access to compatible third-party player apps that you install on your own devices. We do not provide the player apps themselves.

3. Acceptable use

  • You may use your TrexTV subscription only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the broadcasting laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the content you stream is consumed in compliance with local law and any licences required.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or proxy the service to third parties.
  • You may not use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

4. Number of connections

Each subscription includes one concurrent connection by default. You can install and log in on multiple devices, but only one device may stream at a time per connection. Additional connections can be purchased on request.

5. Payment & renewal

Subscriptions are paid in advance. There are no automatic renewals — your subscription simply expires at the end of the paid term unless you order a new one. There are no setup fees.

6. Refunds

Because access is delivered immediately on activation, subscriptions are non-refundable once login credentials have been delivered. The 24-hour test exists precisely so you can verify the service before paying. If you experience a service failure on our side, contact support — we will investigate and, where appropriate, extend your subscription.

7. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, third-party feed issues, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.

8. Intellectual property

The TrexTV name, logo, and website are owned by TrexTV. All third-party trademarks, broadcaster names, and channel logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrexTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, including any account used to resell or redistribute the service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
